Are you interested in dispatching private aircraft where your days include being immersed in weather, international relations, ATC, and flight planning? Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Operation Control Center as an Operation Support Representative in our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Overall, this position will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of flights. This role is a licensed position and requires working closely with pilots. The position also works closely with all departments in the OCC and reports directly to the Senior OCC Manager. **Relocation available!**


  • EU Trip coordination / Journey Log creation.
  • Facilitate the coordination of all flights operated by Flight Options.
  • Ensure the safe and legal coordination of scheduled flights.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Oversee planning and coordination of international flights, including but not limited to: handling, slots, charter permits, fuel, parking, ground transportation, hotel arrangements, APIS and GenDec.
  • Provide external agents with all applicable aircraft documents required for trip planning.
  • Verify eligibility of aircraft to fly internationally.
  • Understand and interpret applicable regulations in order to ensure compliance.
  • Utilize Flight Options programs such as the Visa Waiver Program and Southern Border Overflight Exemption.
  • Ensure crewmembers and passengers meet all entry requirements for countries being visited.
  • Assist crewmembers in obtaining passports and visas.
  • Arrange crew hotels and transportation as required.
  • Provide required trip briefings in accordance with SOP guidelines
  • Monitor weather and other events with the potential to impact aircraft operations.
  • Assist with research of flight & service deviations.
  • Provide back-up support to Schedulers and other positions as required.
  • Ensure conformance to safety, security and quality standards
  • Report non-compliance observations for any potential safety, security or quality issues.
  • Make rapid decisions concerning safety, regulations, and economy of operations.


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Dispatch License Required
  • Part 135 aviation knowledge and experience is a plus


  • Familiarity with core job competencies including, but not limited to, flight planning, international operations, weather, and ATC.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to self motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be results oriented and able to obtain a high level of familiarity quickly
  • Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity
  • Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts
